This Bastiron Gold Policy explains how Bastiron Gold functions on the Bastiron platform, including how it may be purchased, used, stored, and refunded.

The Bastiron platform and Bastiron Gold system are owned and operated by Zanthera Digital Services LTD, Reg. No.:17109248, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX (the “Company”).

By purchasing, holding, or using Bastiron Gold, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Bastiron Gold Policy as well as the Platform Use Policy and other applicable Bastiron policies.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Bastiron Gold Policy, the following terms are used with the meanings described below.

“Bastiron Gold” refers to the internal platform currency available on the Bastiron platform that can be used to purchase eligible offers.
“Platform” refers to the Bastiron website and services operated by the Company.
“User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Bastiron platform.
“Account Balance” refers to the Bastiron Gold amount stored within a user’s Bastiron account.
“Company” refers to Zanthera Digital Services LTD, the legal entity that owns and operates the Bastiron platform.

1. Nature of Bastiron Gold

Bastiron Gold is an internal platform currency used exclusively within the Bastiron platform to facilitate purchases of eligible offers.

Bastiron Gold does not represent legal tender, electronic money, a bank account, a financial instrument, cryptocurrency, or any form of real-world monetary asset.
Bastiron Gold cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred outside the Bastiron platform.
All Bastiron Gold balances remain a platform credit recorded within a user’s Bastiron account and are managed by the Company.

2. Purchase and Refill

Users may acquire Bastiron Gold by purchasing it through the Bastiron platform using available payment methods such as payment cards.

The minimum purchase amount for Bastiron Gold is 5 EUR and the maximum purchase amount per transaction is 2000 EUR.
Bastiron Gold is issued at a value of 1 Bastiron Gold equal to 1 EUR. If users choose to pay using a different fiat currency available on the platform, applicable currency conversion rates may apply.
Purchased Bastiron Gold is credited to the user’s account balance after successful payment processing.
Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. The Company does not store full payment card details on the Bastiron platform.

3. Use of Bastiron Gold

Bastiron Gold may be used as an optional payment method for purchasing eligible offers available on the Bastiron platform.

Users may choose to complete purchases either directly using available payment methods or by using their Bastiron Gold balance.
Bastiron Gold may only be used for purchases on the Bastiron platform and cannot be used for any purpose outside the platform.

4. Account Balance

Bastiron Gold balances are stored within the user’s Bastiron account and may be viewed through the user’s account interface.

Bastiron Gold does not expire. However, any remaining Bastiron Gold balance may be permanently lost if a user account is terminated or permanently removed from the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account and ensuring the security of their account credentials.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

If a purchase made using Bastiron Gold qualifies for a refund, the refunded amount is typically returned to the user’s Bastiron Gold balance.

In certain circumstances and depending on the nature of the transaction, the Company may determine that a refund will instead be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or balance refill.
All refund decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Platform Use Policy and applicable platform rules.

6. Non-Transferability

Bastiron Gold is personal to the user account in which it is stored.

Bastiron Gold cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise moved between user accounts.
Users are not permitted to exchange Bastiron Gold for real-world currency or any external assets.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity involving Bastiron Gold, including fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or abuse of platform systems.

If fraudulent activity, payment chargebacks, or violations of platform policies are detected, the Company may suspend or terminate the user account, remove Bastiron Gold from the account balance, or restrict access to Bastiron services.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.

8. Promotional Bastiron Gold

From time to time, the platform may offer promotional bonuses or campaigns that provide additional Bastiron Gold.

Promotional Bastiron Gold may be subject to additional conditions determined by the Company and may be limited in availability, usage, or duration depending on the specific promotion.

9. Changes to the Bastiron Gold System

The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Bastiron Gold system where necessary to reflect operational, technical, or legal requirements.

Changes to this Bastiron Gold Policy will be published on the Bastiron platform. Continued use of Bastiron Gold after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
